The Symposium will host the 5th Bishop Lecture, established in honour of Professor Alan W. Bishop. We are very pleased to announce that the 5th Bishop Lecture, provisionally titled "Several challenges in advanced laboratory testing of geomaterials with emphasis on unconventional types of liquefaction tests", will be presented by Prof. Junichi Koseki, from University of Tokyo.
